Summary

The Grove is a prominent retail and entertainment complex located in Los Angeles, California. Developed and owned by Caruso Affiliated, it opened in February 2002 and is recognized as one of the highest-grossing shopping and entertainment centers in the country. Featuring high-end retail, dining, a central park with an animated fountain, and an iconic trolley connecting it to the Original Farmers Market, The Grove is frequently cited by its developer, Rick Caruso, as a prime example of his business philosophy. This philosophy emphasizes 'attention to detail' and a results-oriented approach, which Caruso contrasts with what he perceives as government incompetence in Los Angeles, particularly in the context of urban issues and disaster response.

Image 127 Nate080411Nashua, New Hampshire 1,174 contributions The Grove is an upscale outdoor shopping plaza. It is very popular with locals and tourists alike, but if you are going to go it is really just for the shopping. I would say the best part of this was going to the Original Farmers Market next door to the Grove. If you don't have a shopping need then I wouldn't make a trip here.
