  • Revolut is rated "Excellent" with 4.7 / 5 on Trustpilot

Considering 95,731 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the app's user-friendly interface and the ease of managing finances, making everyday banking simple and efficient. Many appreciate the fast and flexible services, including quick payments and transfers, and the ability to easily exchange currencies with good rates, especial ly for international use. The wide range of features, such as virtual cards and expense management tools, are also highly valued by users. However, some people mentioned issues with cash withdrawal limits and difficulties transferring money from Revolut to other bank accounts. A few other people also felt that the exchange rates could be better and experienced problems with declined transactions [...] This is extremely concerning. Revolut is a financial service provider, and customers trust them with their money. I do not understand how a service provider can suddenly make business funds disappear or place them on hold without giving a clear explanation, especially when those funds are needed for staff wages, supplier payments, delivery invoices, funding repayments, and normal business operations. Because of this restriction, my business has faced serious disruption and financial pressure. We rely on this account, and being blocked from using our own money has created problems with payments, business relationships, and daily trading.
