Tobias Vincent Maguire (born June 27, 1975) is an American actor and film producer. He starred as the title character in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy (2002–2007), and later reprised the role in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). Maguire was born in Los Angeles and began his career in supporting roles, before gaining international recognition and critical praise for his role as Spider-Man in the 2002 film of the same name.
